Order Cancellation by Katta Stores
Katta Stores reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Delivery location outside our service area
- Any unforeseen operational issues
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been completed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled:
- Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider.
